During his 10+ year career Ivan was responsible for implementing MS NAV ERP solutions combined with the LS Retail vertical. He continued to work on projects as developer, consultant and project manager assuring that the implemented solutions meet the requirements of end users as well as implementation deadlines. In that regard, Ivan has a thorough knowledge of both possibilities as well as pitfalls when implementing complex enterprise solutions. He is specialized in implementing retail solution in areas such as Fashion, Forecourt and Hospitality.

Predrag is the Regional Key Account Manager at NaviPartner. After a career as a Project Manager, decisive to put his skills to use in helping the digitalization of several companies, he has become a major influence in Central & East Europe as well as the Adriatic area. With the knowledge on economy mixed with IT his path is determined in helping companies grow digitally and ease their process in doing so.

Representing TRIMIT is Lars Lindal, Partner Manager at TRIMIT.

On a daily basis Lars focus is on making the life as a TRIMIT partner easier and more profitable. By being Partner Manager Lars will assist TRIMIT partners in whatever need that they have from being present at pre-sales or customer meetings to weekly sparring or creating new business opportunities.

During his 20+ year career Brede has been in the lead of both mergers and acquisitions, branding, redesign and repositioning processes and also organizational transformations involving implementation of large IT projects to support ongoing sales and marketing activities. In this respect Brede has a thorough knowledge of both possibilities as well as pitfalls when implementing complex enterprise solutions. Both on an organizational level as well as on a commercial level.

With over 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Edgaras combines a warm personality with extensive technical and business knowledge. He holds the roles of Product & Partner Manager at Bankfeed, but in essence, he is the No.1 fan of the solution, and you'll quickly feel that upon meeting him. Edgaras enjoys running, travelling, snowboarding, swimming, hiking - basically being active in his free time. He used to love playing basketball but now he mostly just watches it.

Germantas is a skilled sales leader with a successful track record in driving CEE partners within the Microsoft ecosystem. He has a deep understanding of Microsoft Incentives programs and Dynamics Partners' priorities and challenges in the region. In addition to his professional achievements, Germantas is an avid sports enthusiast who loves football.

Nermin Montel is an IT Specialist with extensive experience in leadership and management and a proven track record of years of work as a successful organizational strategist in the fields of finance, production, construction IT implementation, oil industry and retail. He has a great deal of expertise in managing a comprehensive wholesale industrial branch.

Nermin has over 25 years of thorough and diverse experience in IT, ranging from his position as management consultant over IT Director to CEO of his own company. As the Managing Director of Technology Management he is ultimately responsible for the strategy as well as the operations of the company.

Nermin is in charge of the day-to-day running of the business, which includes supervising and organizing the management, support, consulting and sales teams. He enjoys most when he can use the knowledge he has gained from his 25-year long experience to devise strategies that solve his client’s business issues through processes that are driven by reliability, efficiency and profitability.

His successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics (Attain, Navision, CRM) an other professional verticals show that he is a strategic thinker and a change and transformation leader. He has managed international ERP implementation projects for global companies all over the world, from Europe, China, Australia all the way to South America.

Jakov Kiš, expert associate in the Department for data analytics in the field of cyber security in CARNET - Sector National CERT. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Zagreb and has been working at CARNET since 2019. He joined the National CERT Sector in 2021. Having graduated with a degree in National Security, Jakov decided to join the National CERT team to deal with this newer and dynamic form of national security. As part of his work, he deals with spreading awareness and knowledge about cyber security, creating educational materials, conducting trainings and various national and international collaborations.
